(More customer reviews)My old HP Power Adapter just suddenly failed during the normal use of my HP Scanjet 5400c scanner. I ordered this replacement adapter and received it in about four or five days. While the replacement adapter was a little lighter in weight, it worked right out of the box and has continued to work without any problems for the five or six weeks that I have had it.
