(More customer reviews)The USB 9750 lasted about a year and 4 months before developing problems with one of the internal gears. (pretty bad for $1,000 product) The only option that Visioneer offered was 25% off of the purchase of a new scanner. They do not repair their product and do not offer the names of any third party vendors who will repair their product.
