(More customer reviews)The small business I currently work for purchased this machine about two weeks ago. It has been hardwired into our server with four computers connected to its functions, while this was an easy process the end result was nothing but a pain. It jams almost constantly on basic paper, takes several more unneeded manual steps to print a basic envelope, and bends the paper as it feeds. Everything we print is now curved.
In addition the "ink saving" toner that is boasts so highly about prints so light at times that it's barely legible.
If you buy this product be prepared for error messages, 'attention needed' and other problems on a daily basis.
For a business this takes unneeded time, and we are not pleased with the system.
