(More customer reviews)I have had this printer for about 6 months and have not had any real problems. It does seem to use a lot of ink. It was easy to hook up and "talks" without problem to the three wireless laptops we have in the house. I have no problems with the printing, scanning, or copying.
The only thing it does that can be a little weird is that it goes into "power saving mode" and has to be restarted every so often but that just involves pushing the button to turn it off and back on. I think it works great.
