(More customer reviews)I absolutely love this printer. The colors are great, fast copying services, fantastic scanner and super quiet. There is one major downfall though and that's ink consumption. This thing is an ink guzzler and I find myself buying ink about 2x per month. Ink cartridges are $13 for b/w and $16 for color at the lowest brick and mortar retailer. On the issue of ink, this thing does not like refilled cartridges - it takes 10 printed sheets for the color to really come out well.
This printer would be great for someone who doesn't print too often, but needs high quality images when they do.
