(More customer reviews)After opening the box and finding no black ink cartridge AND no USB cable, I was already in a foul mood. Now that I have the black ink cartridge (#4), it's telling me that it's an "unsupported cartridge." Seemed like a good deal, but now I know why it was so cheap. Should have gone with an HP.
