(More customer reviews)I have a consulting business requiring large volume faxes. I bought the reconditioned 3380 to handle this and escape the expense of a new machine. The 3380 has done well regarding the large volume faxing however it will not scan due to incompatability with Vista and later software versions. In my opinion it has been worth the money even without scanning.
