(More customer reviews)Not a very intuitive software and has a long learning curve which makes it tough to teach to warehouse staff. The company boasts about free tech support but in our case their only suggestion to our problems was to buy the newer version that they say dose not have the same issues. And if you ever upgrade to a new operating system like from XP to Win7 be ready to shell out more cash for a updated version of the software. No patches no updates No thanks.
