(More customer reviews)My Scansnap was pulling several pieces of paper at a time. I bought a new new pick roller and the matching piece from Amazon.
The pair has solved the multiple paper problem. I don't know that buying one or the other wouldn't have solved the problem, but I wanted to fix this for once and all.
