(More customer reviews)These barcode scanners are inexpensive and easy to use, but seem to take a bit longer to read high-quality barcodes than I would expect. Beware of the company's product page which claims RS-232 communication capability, which it does not have. Also, documentation (online and included) is very poor, and customer service is terrible -- it took 9 days for their helpdesk to respond initially and we're at day 12 or so (21 total) waiting on response number 2.
If you want a scanner for simple keyboard emulation and using high-quality codes, this is a cheap alternative. For anything else including features listed on their site (or customer service of any kind), look elsewhere.
