(More customer reviews)This scanner works fine with Windows XP but will not work with Windows 7 (64 bit). Even after downloading and installing the latest drivers and software from Cannon, it still wont work. Thank goodness I have a dual boot system with Windows XP (32 bit) as my second OS. Works fine there.
