(More customer reviews)I hesitated to purchase this product but now I am so glad I did. It is so easy to to do - read the instructions - it's most important to do that. I lost a picture inside the machine because I rushed through the directions. It did come out with a bit of coaxing and shaking of the machine. It takes about 3 seconds to slide the picture in and push the buttons and it's done. As much as it "hurts" to toss old pictures the fact that this is done now is great and I did not have to tie up my computer during the process. Using your pc is such a slow slow process compared to this. Excellent product - and it came with a 32G card makes an even better deal.
