(More customer reviews)I bought this device as a gift for someone with a huge DVD collection. I tested it out on a bunch of items and it read them quickly and correctly every time. I used this in combination with the website DVDcorral.com and was able to enter 100 DVDs in only a few minutes.
After scanning it enters a carriage return so it always goes to the next line after writing the numbers. This scanner works best when it is very close to the UPC (touching is best).
