(More customer reviews)I'm not quite sure if it is the HP handheld scanners or the barcode reader attachment I am having prblems with but at the New York International Gift Fair in August I had a LOT of problems. When trying to scan the handhelds would just lock up - we were able to manually enter the SKU but the scan attachment would not work until the scanner was completely reset... Very frustrating when you are working with customers!
