(More customer reviews)Considering the money I spent on this product I am somewhat disappointed.
1. The pen powers off in the middle of a scan.
2. The drivers and software provided are tricky you must install in a particular sequence before the thing will work.
3. The case it came in looks nice but it is not form fitting causing the items in it to fall out when opening.
4. The documents provided did not indicate that the memory card provided contained manuals etc causing me to accidentally format it when installed in the pen. I assume the same data was on the provided cd but I cannot be sure.
I would not recommend this product.
