(More customer reviews)After reading the one-star review, I had to post this so that you could have a second opinion. I purchased this printer a year ago and it works like a champ. I have experienced zero problems with this machine and find it as easy to use as it was to setup. Perhaps there were issues when the 2009 review was posted, but this certainly has not been my experience.
