When I try to use another sim alalyzer program to read the sim card (while this device is plugged into my USB drive), it tells me that I don't have a pc/sc smart card reader installed. It doesn't install any smart card drivers. After some research, I found out that this is one of those cheap card readers with cheap software that isn't pc/sc compatable. So...forget trying to retrieve a forgotten or lost sim pin number with this thing.
