(More customer reviews)The idea of a multifunction printer, scaner, fax, etc., is a good idea, but this implementation is cludgy and overpriced. To start, the base model does not include fax capabilities, which you must add later for an additional cost.
All in all, the Brother MFC-8820DN is a much better value (around $600) and has everything included.
