(More customer reviews)I was given both the Iconvert photo scanner and negative/slide scanner for Christmas a couple of years ago. I first tried to load the software on a 64 bit Vista computer and it would not work. It took me forever to figure out why it would not work, I assumed I was not doing something correctly, however once I figured out that was the problem, I decided that I would use it with my 32 bit computer, however that computer has Windows 7 loaded and again it does not work.
I was able to scan 2 pictures from the photo scanner before I became so frustrated that I gave up and the light source in the scanner washed out the entire picture so it too was of no use.
I have called Brookstone and of course because I took too long in trying different computers etc there is no way I can get a replacement and there are no upgrades available.
If I could give this no stars I would.
