(More customer reviews)I have owned this printer for almost 3 years. Most of the time it has been broken for one reason or another. It goes through ink pretty fast, and the ink cartridges are very touchy, and I have ruined the last 2 black inks just by installing them. Yes, the replacement cartridges are pricey. And when it is working, I have had a lot of problems with it not printing all of the page, etc. This printer has been a big pain in my booty!
