The pro model is mac compatible. This picture shows the base model which is NOT Mac compatible.
Seeing the base model in action daily, my friend who sits next to me in a class, I am amazed by the speed, accuracy, reliability of this little device.
He uses it to scan chinese text from books and syllabus.
It is incredibly fast. The accuracy increases if your hand scans in a normal slower speed.
but if you are in a hurry, the text can come out as gibberish and take a while to review.
If you are student who needs to write a lot of book reports or do a lot of research in the library, this is a MUST have tool.
I want to buy the Mac compatible model (since I am not sure if this one listed is Mac compatible) and will add more review once I get one.
