(More customer reviews)I ordered one from another vendor. It didn't work and I wanted it quickly so I ordered one from Amazon. I read all the reviews and noticed a few people replaced the battery in the unit. I did that and the unit worked but the pen didn't! So I replaced the batteries in the pen. Still no joy. I get a battery tester from Amazon and it turns out the new batteries were bad, Right about the time the new one from Amazon arrives. The new one works fine right out the box. Now I have TWO of these things LOL If you get one that doesn't work, the battery in the unit is a AAA rechargeable, just replace it and if the pen doesn't work, get some new button cells, you'll be glad you did
