(More customer reviews)Useless. Says it comes with all this software... comes with a cardboard circle telling you to download software online. No instructions at ALL. Support website listed no longer exists. Tried to download software, requires a license key, which of course was not included... neither customer service nor tech support was able to provide me with one, so couldn't use almost any of the software. Neither attempted to be very helpful. Returned it unused out of sheer frustration the same day I got it. Who needs a $400 paperweight? AVOID CSSN
