(More customer reviews)I purchased this for a Christmas present from Brookstone. Luckily I ordered early. When I peeled off the protective cover on the frame, there were scratches around the outer black frame. Being a gift I returned it (there were very accomodating) and got a new one. The new one arrived today and when I peeled off the protective cover this one also had scratches on the black frame part. Then when I went to plug in - it did not power on. Going back for a full refund. I am very disppointed.
