(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this printer for use with an iMac. Every step of the installation process was difficult. The software had problems recognizing the computer and then did not work with the wireless devices. Next the document feeder would not allow copying or scanning from the glass top of the printer. Called HP repeatedly and was put on hold for hours. Finally I called Apple and to my surprise they at least worked through the connection problems. Anyone who purchase this machine needs their heads examined.
